There is a bit of a contradiction between the two however because if beta males are to have more short-term hookups they have to have them with somebody – however in your advice to young women you warn about the dangers of short-term hookups – most of the reasons you give don’t just apply to short-term hookups with cads, they apply to short-term hookups with anyone.
I believe that beta males are happiest in LTRs. Yes, some guys who get Game will milk it for a period of time to get NSA sex, but most of them are really looking for a way to attract the woman of their choice, and sustain that attraction over time. That’s why I am a huge fan of Athol Kay, Hawaiian Libertarian and Vox Day. All three are utterly devoted to their wives and have a thriving marriage. So I’m not actively encouraging men to pursue short-term hookups, but I understand that it’s often part of the process.
