Moxie, you are actually having a violent agreement with Vox. Read her statement again with my emphasis on where you two agree:

“I just want to point out that the average emotionally healthy woman does not want to have sex with more than 1 man at a time *NOT* because she fears feeling like a slut. Instead, it is due to biological drive. We aren’t hardwired to have sex with multiple partners in the same way you guys are. – Vox

In other words, Vox is saying that we women don’t avoid multiple simultaneous sex partners due to the shame/slut factor, but because our biology drives us more in the direction of monogamy, compared to the biology of a man. I don’t think anyone can argue with sexual biology, but obviously there are many other factors that come into play whenever two people get together, and biological drives are often overridden.
